It's a shame that it is difficult to get an appointment at the surgery as the doctors, when you get to see one are fabulous. The receptionists do a tough job and I have not know them to be anything but helpful. It is nice to see that some areas of the practice have been painted and looks a great deal cleaner and brighter now. Keep up the good work :)

The receptionist are very rude and so unfriendly on the phone and in person, perhaps this surgery needs new people who will appreciate they have a job... Every time I call they make me feel as if am bothering them, most times I just wait and go to at peters hospital instead but with a child it's not always possible.. They never have appointments available I have to beg to get one each time ... I was also told by one doctor not to bring my child in until she is very ill... Things have to change here before someone is in trouble or a life is lost

I have been a patient at Crouch Oak since I was pregnant with my second child and now I am a grandmother! I find the receptionsists friendly and approachable, always willing to accommodate with appointments. The practice nurses are extremely professional and informative. They run extremely well to time and always appear to remember me, which makes one feel like an individual not a number. Fortunately, I have not needed to attend surgery regularly, but when I have needed to see a Doctor they have been professional, considerate and efficient. They have been happy to give thorough explanations and to deal with problems immediately and refer when necessary. The time between referrals and appointments has been very quick. Their follow ups have been very impressive. I would not hesitate in recommending the practice.

I have always found the practice well organised and the medical service of a high order. I have total confidence in the medical advice I receive and have no hesitation in recommending the practice to others. Obviously there is always something that can be improved, but in their case it is probably just the provision of more parking, which I appreciate will be difficult to achieve. Possibly a token could be obtained from reception to secure a parking space - this might then deter people who use the car park whilst shopping.
